「腦化香港」 是啟民創社2020-2021年度的「社創在地設計室」能力提昇計劃，由社創基金資助。 「社創在地設計室」計劃宗旨是鼓勵跨界別共創點子，連結來自不同界別的創意單位、社福專家和團體合作。透過物件、裝置展覽、影片和工作坊等活動的共創體驗，以創意將腦退化症/認知障礙症的故事與魔法概念結合， 讓大眾從文化角度了解這個老齡議題。

「腦化香港」設計物語 ， 正在展開研究有關認知障礙症社區支援服務的新點子。在這個線上分享會，啟民創社團隊透過「社創設計室」設計研究項目中的「腦化城市」設計，與設計學歷史研究博士 Dr Sarah Teasley 進行對話，從「腦化幻國」的腦化物件設計了解共創社會議題的過程和意義。
