We are looking for members to form a new team for a 24-month project co-creating with humans and non-humans.
1. PROJECT DIRECTOR/ HEAD OF RESEARCH (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities
Design, direct and manage the whole programme
Supervise, design, plan and conduct design researches, training and co-creation processes, the execution of programme and promotion activities
Qualifications and work experience - over 20 years in design research and social design development
Consulting hours - 6 hours per week on consultancy mode
2. DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR/ HEAD OF COMMUNICATION (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities
Design, direct and manage the whole programme with Director;
Direct, develop and implement public promotion and marketing strategies;
Manage external affairs and communication with JC team.
Qualifications and work experience - over 10 years in design editing and research
Consulting hours - 10 hours per week on consultancy mode
3. DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR/ HEAD OF TRAINING (CONTRACT)
Responsibilities
Design, direct and manage the whole programme with Director;
Direct, develop and implement education programme with ECO education partners;
Manage internal affairs and communication with JC team;
Design, plan and conduct education with schools.
Qualifications and work experience - over 10 years in training and play education/therapy
Consulting hours - 10 hours per week on consultancy mode
4. JUNIOR DESIGN /PROJECT OFFICER (FULL TIME/SALARY with MPF)
Responsibilities
Contribute, document and support the brainstorming sessions with project directors and collaborators to develop co-creative and social innovative ideas;
Attend development meetings for project planning with collaborators;
Undertake, perform other administrative and operational assigned duties;
Qualifications and work experience
Imaginative, curious and creative; In tune with the popular culture of social innovation, nature, sustainability, etc;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player who communicates and works with people from diverse backgrounds;
Degree holder in design, creative, communication or related field;
Less than 5 years experience working on projects about design, social innovation and relevant discipline - fresh graduates are welcome!
Proactive, self-motivated, well organised and an eye for detail;
Conversant with Microsoft Office and versatility at Adobe Creative Suite software; video or animation capabilities a plus;
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Working hours - Full-time, i.e. 40 hours per week, work on weekends if needed. The employment period will be 12 months from Feb 2022 to March 2023. Employment may be renewed upon the candidate's perform
